the day was spent well and i had a fun and cheery day:). hapie i am about it and i was actuallie excited for this very day to come. okies it makes me sound as though im gettin married or engaged but no! it is actuallie the first day of my official national training and im training with the seni seniors. hahahz. okies. the people are great company and they are fun people to be with. having a great environment and filled with such merry company just makes my day so much that i think im motivated to come for training. they are people that u can easily communicate with and doing something u like just makes it better. now for the trainings i will learning the regu steps since coach wants me to go for the trial and i think im on for the challenge becoz i keen to do this. i hope my journey will be a smooth one. so happie people and great time learning steps will equal to a great day.

oh yeah to add to this fun day that i have, i actuallie cut my hair. this time its short and i mean it short. abit shorter than the last haircut i had and i think i like it this way. okies mayb will be asking y i cut my hair, im doin this coz i feel like to and im stress. im just stress with some stuff that it got my hair as the victim. at least i dun pour it out on people. so all smiles to everyone. and this is how i look now, and all thanks to Mr Chris who did that great job for me...








okies then, i think that is for now folks.. im done for the day and yeah trainin starts at 4pm for me. holy shit and it physicaL TMR! im goonna get hell...wish me luck!


erks?- its the first training with you and ure still quiet, giving secret glances from the side of ur eyes! think i didnt saw it! ure just wrong! hahahz. i hope we will break the ice soon and yeah it will work out some day...
